TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the following terms of service (the "Terms") carefully before using Sidsclick Studio's Services. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Sidsclick Studio. By proceeding to establish an account and/or use the Services, you agree to be bound to the terms of service stated below. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you must not use the Services.

These Terms govern the relationship between you (the "Customer" or "you") and Sidsclick Studio (the "We" or "Us" or "Our"). Sidsclick Studio provides photography, photo editing, graphic designing, website designing and other web and photography related services and photography products (the "Services") for its Customers. Payment (the "purchase"), if made by You, You must be at least 18 years old and then only you should provide consent for a photography or website creation session. Sidsclick Studio, when providing website/web design related services, we will be admin/co-owner of the website as long as the website is active and live. You can edit the website, add content and can be co-owner and admin as well, if requested upon. We provide creation, design and management of website services. If you decide to stop using our services, we will stop hosting the website which will take down the website from active state on the internet and in search engine (eg. Google, Bing, etc.) searches. This will affect the SEO ranking of your website for which we won't be responsible. The website will be live and active as long as we are managing it and hosting it. The website will have uptime of 99%, and there can be a downtime of 1% in very rare cases if due to to any technical reasons. Domain once registered will take maximum of 7 days to link with the website designed by us and 60 days minimum before it can be transferred out of the purchased website. Sidsclick Studio will be sole website manager, designer and builder and customer shouldn't hire any other agency for the same purpose to avoid any conflicts. By providing a consent for photography or website creation services or any other services provided by Sidsclick Studio, you agree to be bound by the Terms and to use the Services in compliance with the Terms and any other policies posted on the website. These terms may be modified at any time; it is the responsibility of the Customer to seek out the updated terms on Sidsclick Studio’s website. Updated terms are valid from the time they are published on Sidsclick Studio’s website.

PAYMENT

You must provide Sidsclick Studio with accurate billing information in order to successfully process payment including your legal name, email address, billing address, and credit card/billing information. You are responsible for any charges associated with the Services. If you have questions regarding charges associated with the Services, you should contact Sidsclick Studio's Customer Support Department by email at sidsclick@gmail.com. All charges are considered valid unless disputed in writing within 3 days of the date of the Services. Adjustments will not be made for charges that are more than 3 days old unless Sidsclick Studio, in its sole and reasonable discretion, decides to make an exception for extenuating circumstances. If you cancel any service, no amount will be refunded. Customer should clear any pending invoices before the due date. If any Invoice is pending for more than one month after the due date has passed and if no reason is provided by the customer for the delay, Sidsclick Studio will stop its service with/without any notice to the respective customer.

REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY

If Customer cancels the services, the Sidsclick Studio can charge the customer as it deems fit to make up for the time and money invested by Sidsclick Studio as initial investment for website creation, domain transfer and registration and SSL certificate purchase is done by Sidsclick Studio. If Customer decides to cancel our services, you should inform us, 30 days in advance by writing an email to us from their official email address to sidsclick@gmail.com.  Customer should pay for Sidsclick Studio's website building fees, website designing fees, website maintenance fees, domain registration, domain transfer, custom email setup and all included services as earlier requested by Customer to Sidsclick Studio. If the customer cancels any service provided by Sidsclick Studio, no amount shall be refunded by Sidsclick Studio. Under no circumstances, we are compelled to pay for any time loss or damage when the services were being provided by Sidsclick Studio. Customer approached at it's own discretion to Sidsclick Studio for their services. By using the services, Customer has given her/his consent and has read all the terms and conditions of using the website, it's services and has read all the terms of service provided by us, refund and cancellation policy and shall seek no legal proceeding for unfair treatment.
